Jordan Pines Snowy Family Session- Salt Lake Family Photographer

This family made it back to Park City another year. Unfortunately, this year the snow got a late start and we actually had to head to Big Cottonwood Canyon to find our snow and thankfully we did! Jordan Pines campground is one of my favorite snowy spots in the winter. It’s got multiple vantage points with mountain views or snow capped trees.

A big family is so fun to work with. I think some photographers can get hung up on how to pose and what to do with a bunch of adults but honestly I just treat them like their younger and make them play and roll around in the snow.

You can tell these parents had no issues with goofing around and having fun together. I loved the little nods to Christmas in their outfits. If you can see mom’s pants she’s got candy canes on them. So cute!
