Promontory Point Family Pictures- Park City Family Photographer
Best part about getting pictures done at the Promontory Club is you can literally take them all in your back yard, avoid traveling to a location and can take breaks to warm up in the house. I have had the chance to photograph half of this family twice this year (or last year I guess) already. This family comes up regularly to stay at Promontory Club to enjoy the skiing in Park City. Though we didn’t have much snow as they hoped for skiing for this session, it still made for beautiful pictures while they were in town.
When working with an extended family, its important you get all the shots and different groupings you can think of. Both families together, individual families, siblings, cousins, in-laws, couples, individuals, etc. This family was from two different parts of the United States so this was an important session for them. I loved the creams and tans, with the pops of color and darker plaids. Everything popped against the snow and the background surroundings. Remember to pick colors that won’t blend into the background when it comes to the snow.
