It’s been so fun to reconnect with some families I grew up with who have also relocated to Utah. I babysat these kids growing up and my have they grown! I was so excited to finally take some pictures up at this location up near Snow Basin Ski resort. The views from up there are next level and if you live close to Layton you don’t hav to drive far to get them. The Simmons family has had kids at college, on a 2 year mission and its been a while since they’ve all been together for family pictures. I was flattered they asked me to do these.

I loved their outfits. It can be hard to coordinate outfits for a big group. But these guys did great by having a few different colors throughout. I loved the blues and creams. I usually suggest that you have colors that stand out against the location.

I think when people live or visit Utah they are always in love with the mountains. This is a great accessible spot of you want mountain views, incredible sunsets and lots of space for kids to run around and be wild. With fall approaching I hope to get more more families for family pictures up by Snow Basin with the beautiful fall colors.
